What do you mean with 'Skills for Life'?Skills for Life can be interpreted two ways: Corestar aims to equip you with a toolbox of practical skills that will allow you to respond adeptly to adversities or occurrences that happen in your life. Skills for Life also means that they do not just apply to a work-related context, they are yours to benefit from for the rest of your life.

What about confidentialityPsychological Safety at Corestar Coaching At Corestar, coaching takes place in a psychologically safe and confidential environment. This ensures that anything you share remains private*, regardless of who covers the cost of the sessions. If a session is recorded and you share something you’d prefer not to be included, you can request for the recording to be edited. When recurring work-related themes arise during team or 1:1 coaching, we may provide feedback to management. However, this is always done in an anonymous and generalised manner to protect individual confidentiality. *with a few legal exceptions, mainly relating to risk of harm.

How does Corestar ensure the effectiveness of its coaching and modules?Corestar’s coaching and modules are grounded in scientific research and evidence-based therapeutic practices. We continuously refine our approach based on client feedback and the latest developments in psychology and well-being. To ensure effectiveness, we use metrics to track progress and offer tailored recommendations for growth. Our modules are regularly updated to incorporate new insights, keeping guidance relevant and impactful. Depending on the programme, participants receive ongoing support through access to a library of scientific resources, community forums, and regular Q&A sessions, fostering accountability and collaboration.

Team coaching: I don't feel comfortable speaking up in front of a groupWe offer the opportunity for questions to be filed directly to Corestar before sessions. We at Corestar will be able to see who the question came from (unless you asked a colleague to send it on your behalf, which is also fine) but we will pose it to the group anonymously, unless you indicate that it is OK to mention your name.

How does 1:1 coaching work?Following an initial briefing, we collaboratively define your goals, aspirations, and desired behavioural changes. Together, we create a tailored approach to help you achieve them. Coaching is a two-way process, and there’s no "one-size-fits-all" solution. Your feedback is essential for refining our approach, ensuring the strategies we use align with what resonates best for you.

What is Corestar's approach to 1:1 coaching?Corestar’s 1:1 coaching is grounded in a solution-focused methodology, blending techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices. Each personalised session is designed to empower you with tools for emotional self-regulation, increased self-awareness, and authentic growth. Guided by founder Anneleen De Clercq’s extensive experience in therapy and coaching, our approach helps you unlock your potential and thrive.

How does the free consultation work? How the Free Consultation Works The consultation is an informal yet confidential phone conversation where we discuss the issues, challenges, and aspirations you'd like support with. It’s an opportunity to explore whether our approach aligns with your needs, assess if we’re a good fit to work together, and determine whether I’m in the best position to help you. This initial consultation lasts around 20 minutes, giving us enough time to decide the best way forward.

What makes Corestar's community unique?Corestar’s community is a dynamic and supportive space for individuals committed to personal and professional growth. What sets it apart is the active involvement of founder Anneleen De Clercq and the integration of evidence-based therapy tools with cutting-edge scientific research. Members can connect, share experiences, learn from one another, and engage in curated Q&A forums, fostering a collaborative environment for meaningful development.
