Sounds like the ticket - but can't afford it? I keep some time each week available at a lower cost for those who might be struggling financially. If that feels like you, let’s have a conversation — we can usually find a solution that works for both of us.
How do I know how many sessions I need? Everyone is different, and so is every treatment plan. Together, we’ll create a tailored approach that aligns with your goals and fits into your life. I may also suggest tasks between sessions to help accelerate progress. After our initial consultation, I’ll provide an estimate of how many sessions may be needed, typically 5 to 8 sessions for lasting change. Regular reviews will ensure we stay on track and adjust as needed. While I recommend weekly sessions for the best results, I understand that flexibility is sometimes required.
